Return & Exchange Policy

  1. General Exchange & Refund Policy

At OWO LENS, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're find out the product is damage, or if we've sent you the wrong item, you may request an exchange or refund within 24 hours of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:


- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

- The original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.


  1. Wrong or Incorrect Item

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. You can request an exchange for the correct item or a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for incorrect items.


  1. Damaged Items

If the product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order to claim an exchange or refund. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging when you contact us. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.


  1. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:


  1. Contact Us: Notify our customer service team by emailing realowolens@gmail.com. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.

  1. Repack the Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging. Make sure to include your name, phone number, and order number inside the package.

  1. Ship the Item: Send the item to the following address via a traceable delivery service (courier or registered post) at your own expense:

  1. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the exchange. The new item will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

  1. Delivery Charges

- Delivery charges are non-refundable.

- If you received free shipping on your original order, a shipping fee may be deducted from your exchange amount.
